JOB DESCRIPTION: We at Colexion are looking for a motivated Partnership Manager to join our marketing team.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage company partnerships and alliances for the growth of the company in terms of revenue as well as otherwise
  • Identify and onboard new partners where integration can positively influence sales opportunities as well as brand value.
  • Be the focal point of contact in orchestrating the partner engagements across various departments like product, content, marketing, and sales.
  • Identify and foster new opportunities for quality, high ROI engagements with partners
  • Promote brand awareness through offline and online alliances.
  • Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
  • Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
  • Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
  • Work alongside Product and Marketing teams to execute these partnerships.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience required.
  • UG degree in Business, Marketing or related field is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to a cross-functional audience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as in cross-functional teams.
